Are your leads exclusive?
Mortgage and secured loan leads are exclusive: sold to one client, with no time limit, and never sold to anyone else. Solar leads are shared with no more than 3 installers and are never resold.
Where do your leads come from?
Our own advertising on Meta, Google, Microsoft, YouTube and TikTok, which brings people to our own sites. We never buy in leads or resell them to third parties.
How do you check leads?
Every lead passes 5 checks before delivery: a PIN sent to their mobile, mobile validation, email validation, a postcode check and a duplicate check. Every lead also consents before submitting.
How quickly can we start?
Usually within 48 hours of agreeing terms, if leads go by email or into a CRM or dialler we already deliver to. A custom API build can take longer. For solar, it depends on whether we cover your area.
How do leads reach us?
In real time, typically within 2 seconds, into any CRM or dialler (including FLG, Salesforce, HubSpot and GoHighLevel) by API, or by email.
How much do leads cost?
It depends on the market, your criteria and your volume, so we agree prices on the call. You pay per lead, with no minimum term.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Mortgage and secured loan clients take at least 5 leads a day. Solar installers take at least 2 a day.
What if a lead is wrong?
We replace duplicates, hoax leads and wrong numbers with a new lead, if you tell us within 7 days. Returns run at under 1%.
Who do you work with?
Mortgage and secured loan brokers, and solar installers across the UK. We don’t publish client names, and we wouldn’t publish yours. In our experience, clients tend to keep us to themselves.
Do you supply other markets?
We build life insurance and health insurance campaigns to order for clients who can take volume, and we’re building supply in equity release and financial advice & pensions. If you can take volume in another market, talk to us.
We already run our own ads. Should we buy leads too?
Many of our larger clients do both, so their pipeline never depends on one source. Our leads come from our own advertising, so you add volume without building or managing more campaigns.
What if you don’t deliver leads I’ve paid for?
We refund the leads you haven’t received, in full.
